Transition Projects

For over 50 years, Transition Projects has been providing people with the support they need to make the transition from homelessness, to secure housing. It is their belief, and ours, that every person should have access to shelter, food, and safety. In addition to securing housing, Transition Projects offers access to social services such as caseworkers, healthcare, and mentorship. The work they are doing each day is so important in supporting our community, and there are several ways to get involved. Volunteering or providing a meal at one of their shelters, dropping off much-needed clothing, making a monetary donation, or purchasing a ticket to their Impact Gala. Every little bit can help support and make a difference towards the work they do.

2021 Impact Gala
